Google Analytics Campaign Tag Creator

This tool allows you to create campaign tagged URLs for your inbound advertising and marketing campaigns. Read about how to use campaign tags.

 

Step 1: Enter the destination URL on your website.

Step 2: Enter the details of the campaign.

Campaign Name: *

What is the name of the overall marketing initiative?

Campaign Source: *

Where is the link displayed? e.g. yahoo.com, newsletter, etc.

Campaign Medium: *

How is the message communicated? e.g. email, paid search, social network, etc.

Campaign Term:

Optional tag to define a keyword for non-AdWords paid search campaigns.

Campaign Content:

Optional tag to define a call-to-action for non-AdWords paid search campaigns

 

NOTE: You do not need to campaign tag your Google AdWords destination URLs. Instead you need to link your Google Analytics and Google AdWords account and ensure auto-tagging is enabled.
